- Can I pick up my order ?
Yes! If you are in Chania, Greece, you can choose the pick up option and after the order is placed, we will contact you to arrange the meeting.
- How do you ship orders?
Orders are processed in 2-4 business days or 4-6 business days for custom made items, and shipped via :
1. Hellenic Post, as registered mail, with tracking number. You will receive an email with the tracking number information as soon as the parcel is shipped. It may take some time for the post office to scan it. I
2. BOX NOW (only available for domestic shipments). Box Now is point to point delivery, you receive your order from the nearest BOX NOW locker using the pin you will receive. For more information about your nearest locker, how this service works, visit the official site

- How long does the delivery take?
For domestic shipments, (Greece) the delivery time is 4-6 business days. For Europe 6-8 business days. Due to Covid times may take more time as usual.

- My package is lost, what do I do?
All parcels are shipped with registered mail with tracking number. If your order is lost, due to carrier mistake, we will refund you. Otherwise, after signing the carrier receipt and the in tracking history is marked as delivered, we are unable to give you a refund. In any case, do contact us.
